No. You're never obligated to accept any proposal. Review as many as you like and only respond to the ones that interest you.
All realtors on RealtorFinder go through an account approval process. We encourage agents to add their license number to their profile, which you can verify with your state's real estate commission.
Just the address, asking price, property type, number of beds/baths, square footage, and a brief description. You can also add photos and your Zestimate for context.
The realtor is notified immediately and their contact details are shared with you. From there, you connect directly to move forward with the listing agreement.

Once your account is approved, you'll see all active listings within 25 miles of your ZIP code on your dashboard. You'll also receive email alerts when new listings appear in your area.
The first 100 realtors to join RealtorFinder receive Founding Member status — a permanent badge on their profile and a rate-locked subscription price. These spots are limited.
Yes. You can submit proposals on as many active listings as you like. Track all your pending, accepted, and declined proposals in the My Bids tab.
You'll receive an email notification with the seller's contact information. You can also see the details in your Won Listings tab on your dashboard.
No long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your billing period.
